Returning Products

Please follow our self return service on the link below, follow all step required and we will process your request within 24 hours. You must return products within 30 days of notifying cancellation. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or misdescribed. Our returns postage fee is £4.99 which we will deduct from your refund. If you are exchanging your items then it is your responsilbility to pay all postage which we will invoice you for.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued using your original payment method
• Within 14 days of receiving returned goods
• Or upon evidence of return, whichever is sooner

• If item value is reduced due to use
• If any items are now in the sale you will be refunded sale price
