RETURNING ORDERS

We have a self service returns portal which can be found in your online Scartissue account or via your confirmation email. Follow all the steps required and we will process your request within 24 hours. You must return products within 30 days of your purchase date and any return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or misdescribed. Our returns postage fee is £4.99 which will be deducted from your refund or requested before sending your exchange items. If you are exchanging your items then it is your responsilbility to pay all postage which we will invoice you for. Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued using your original payment method
• Within 14 days of receiving returned goods
• Or upon evidence of return, whichever is sooner
