Payment Terms & Conditions

We accept all major credit and debit cards:

  • Visa, Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Electron
  • Mastercard Debit, Mastercard
  • UK Maestro, American Express
  • Apple Pay, PayPal

The actual charge to overseas customers will depend on the exchange rate applied by your card provider. Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in item prices. International orders are shipped with delivery duties unpaid. Fees must be paid by the recipient.

Our Contract With You

Order Acceptance

We accept your order once full payment is received and we confirm it by email. At this point, a contract is in place.

If We Cannot Accept Your Order

Orders are subject to availability. We may refuse an order for reasons such as age verification, stock issues, or pricing errors.

Order Number

Please refer to your order number when contacting us.

Product Descriptions

Products may vary slightly from images. Colours and finishes may appear different depending on your screen.

Size Accuracy

You are responsible for selecting the correct size. Contact us for measuring advice.

Providing the Products

Delivery Costs

  • Royal Mail Next Day Delivery – £7.50 (order before 14:00 Mon–Fri)
  • Royal Mail Standard Delivery (2–4 working days) – £4.99
  • All UK orders over £100 qualify for FREE next day delivery

Delivery is complete when the products are delivered to your address.

Please note we currently on ship to the UK.

Delays Outside Our Control

If delivery is delayed due to events beyond our control, we will notify you and offer a refund if appropriate.

Responsibility & Ownership

You are responsible for the products once they are delivered. Ownership transfers after full payment.

Required Information

We may need additional information from you. If you fail to provide it, we may cancel the contract or charge for extra costs.

Your Rights to Cancel

Right to Change Your Mind

EEA customers have 14 days to change their mind after delivery.

Exceptions

  • Unsealed items (e.g. for hygiene) once opened
  • Items mixed inseparably with others

How to Cancel

Returns & Refunds

Returning Products

You must return products within 14 days of notifying cancellation. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued using your original payment method
  • Within 14 days of receiving returned goods
  • Or upon evidence of return, whichever is sooner

Refund Deductions

  • If item value is reduced due to use
  • If you chose premium shipping, we only refund standard delivery costs

Ending the Contract

We may cancel if you don’t pay, don’t provide information, or don’t allow delivery. We’ll refund any payments for undelivered products.

Liability

We’re responsible for foreseeable losses caused by breach of contract or negligence. We don’t exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Use of Personal Information

We use your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

Contract Terms

  • We may transfer this contract
  • You can’t transfer your rights without our consent
  • No third party has rights under this contract
  • If a term is unlawful, the rest remain valid

Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by English law. Legal proceedings must be brought in English courts.

Trademarks

Scartissue Clothing Ltd owns the rights to the “Seed of Life Logo” and the word “Scartissue.” Unauthorised use will result in legal action.
