Returns Policy
Our Team will be happy to assist you with any return reason you may have in the most efficient and timely way possible.
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the day you received your order, a refund will no longer be offered.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in. It must be in its original packaging with label ties attached and in a suitable condition for SCARTISSUE CLOTHING LTD to resell the product. For example we will not accept returns that: smell of smoke, are contaminated with pet hair or have stains of any sort. Items should be returned unwashed and in the original packaging.
If goods are not returned in the original condition or are damaged for any reason, and not due to a manufacturer’s fault, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
When returning your item, please send this back in a sealed package and you must include your returns form.
